Terms of Use (DRAFT, not legal advice; have a lawyer review it)

These terms are an agreement between you and Gautreaux, LLC ("we", "us") for Unlock Ahead (unlockahead.com and unlockahead.app). Gautreaux, LLC operates the app.

1. Who can use it. You must be 13 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf and supervise purchases.
2. Not professional advice. The app gives general planning help. Admission odds, costs, earnings and career data come from public sources and may be outdated or incomplete. Always confirm with the college, the NCAA Eligibility Center, and your school counselor. The AI Coach can be wrong.
3. Your content. You own what you enter. You give us only the rights needed to run the app (e.g. syncing through your iCloud).
4. Recruiting rules. You're responsible for following NCAA/NAIA/NJCAA contact rules. Messages the app drafts are for you to review and send yourself.
5. Subscriptions. Pro is billed through your Apple ID and renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions). Refunds are handled by Apple. Free trials convert to paid unless cancelled.
6. Acceptable use. No harassment, no impersonating others, no misuse of family sharing.
7. Data sources. Includes information from O*NET 31.0 (USDOL/ETA, CC BY 4.0), BLS, NCES and College Scorecard (public domain). Logos and trademarks belong to their owners.
8. Disclaimers and limits. Provided "as is"; liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months, to the extent the law allows.
9. Apple. Apple's standard EULA terms apply (Apple isn't responsible for the app; Apple is a third-party beneficiary).
10. Governing law. The laws of North Carolina, USA, govern these terms. Contact: support@unlockahead.com.
